Forte Upstream Services Limited “FUSL” (formerly known as AP Oilfield Services Ltd) incorporated in August 2003 was a subsidiary of Forte Oil Plc until May 31st, 2019 when Gbonka Oil and Gas Limited acquired the company after taking part in the divestment programme of Forte Oil Plc.
Over the years, we have built and maintained a mutually beneficial and value adding business relationships with our clientele and partners.Following the full divestment of Forte Oil Plc from the company in the first half of 2019, Gbonka Oil and Gas Limited acquired Forte Oil Plc’s majority shares. The new majority shareholder is re-positioning the company to meet and surpass stakeholders’ expectations well into the future by building on the legacies of the past 21 years. Gbonka Oil and Gas Limited is investing in the people, systems and machinery while strengthening the capacity to deliver increased Nigerian participation in very critical areas of the oil and gas industry.
